Scarlett's Horror takes pride in creating high-quality handcrafted
lamps and or mugs, delivering them as safely as possible. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

Pre-Order Notice

Because each lamp and or mug is handcrafted individually, all orders are currently placed as PRE-ORDERS. We do not mass produce or rush these pieces-every lamp and or mug is made one by one with care. When a payment is made for pre-order, the order is currently being processed and cannot be cancelled as it is undergoing production.

Production & Processing Time

Please allow an estimated 20-30 business days for production, finishing, and quality checks before your order is shipped. This includes preparing the design, completing the lamp and or mug, and making sure everything is ready to send out properly. During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly, but we always work to complete orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery typically
takes 10-15 business days depending on your location and local
carrier transit times. All shipping timelines should be viewed as approximations rather than guaranteed delivery windows.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping delays do not constitute grounds for a cancellation or refund. Due to high demand, carriers may experience unexpected delays that can extend delivery times.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping
confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48
hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been
scanned into the carrier system.

We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on
your country and local shipping providers.

We understand waiting can be difficult, but the extra time allows us
to focus on quality over quantity and create something unique
instead of mass-produced. Our goal is to make sure your lamp and or mug is worth the wait the moment it arrives.
