Return & Refund Policy
Each lamp and or mug is carefully handcrafted, finished, and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before being shipped. Due to the handmade nature of our products and to maintain fairness for all customers, we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as
change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference.
If you would like to invoke your purchased 30-day warranty, please reach out to us at scarlettshorror@outlook.com and we will walk you through the return process. Please note that all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Scarlett's Horror does not cover or reimburse shipping fees associated with returns.
Once your item is received, it will be carefully inspected over a period of up to 7 business days. If your item passes inspection and is confirmed to be in its original condition, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Scarlett's Horror reserves the right to refuse a refund on any returned item that does not meet our inspection criteria.
No Refunds or Returns for Non-Defective Items
All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or provide
refunds if:
You have not purchased a 30-Day Warranty
You no longer want the item
You ordered the wrong design or variant
The item does not meet personal expectations
The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Delivery delays outside of our control occur
Please review all frequently asked questions and details carefully
before placing your order.
All images on our product pages serve as reference images only and are not a guarantee of exact appearance. Each lamp and or mug is handmade individually — the character will remain the same, however the details, layout, and overall look will differ from the example shown. Every lamp and or mug is its own unique version of the character, united by the same horror theme and identity.
Refunds will not be issued on the basis of personal displeasure with the appearance of your lamp and or mug. By purchasing from Scarlett's Horror, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy as listed on our website. Variations in appearance are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund or dispute.
Damaged or Defective Items
We will gladly assist if your lamp and or mug arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of
delivery with clear photo evidence of:
The damaged lamp and or mug
The packaging
Any visible defects or issues
Once reviewed, we will determine the best resolution, which may
include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for:
Normal wear and tear
Variations to the lamp and or mug from reference images
Handmade variations to the lamp and or mug that do not affect function
Damage caused after delivery
Improper handling or misuse
Claims submitted after the 7-day reporting window
Order Cancellations
Once an order has entered the processing stage, it is deemed final and may not be cancelled. We are unable to cancel the order, change the address or issue a refund while the order is processing or in transit. Customers are fully responsible for reviewing all order details prior to submission.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Scarlettshorror is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and the delivery location is fully secure as the order cannot be changed after it has been placed.
Processing Time for Approved Claims
If a replacement or refund is approved, please allow 7-14 business days for processing. Refunds, if issued will be returned to the original payment method.
